How do I reactivate my account?
To reactivate a paused pay-per-shipment subscription, please go to My Account and click Reactivate. To reactivate a Prepaid subscription, you'll need to buy another one from the Subscribe page. In either case, please log in first, so that we can continue to ship large bags based on your Taste Profile.
*Please note, our gift subscriptions cannot be reactivated. When they expire, the gift recipient can continue the subscription and sign up for a Prepaid plan or the gift giver can gift Driftaway again!
