How do we know that the coffees are "good"?

We purchase coffees from producers who are quality-focused and innovative. We taste the coffees constantly, both prior to purchase, and for ongoing quality control. Our Head Roaster is a licensed Q-grader (a Q-grader is to the coffee industry what a sommelier is to the wine industry).

Many of the farms we've purchased coffee from have won numerous awards, and one of our goals is to return year after year to buy from these same farms each harvest season, so that we can build relationships and trust with talented farmers who produce stellar coffees.

We want our relationship to our customers to be as honest and transparent as our relationships with the farmers we buy from.
