What's your return policy for coffee gear?
Unopened and unused coffee gear can be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the delivery date. Opened and/or used coffee gear cannot be returned.
Anything purchased during the holiday period has an extended return window up to Jan 31st. Please email hi@driftaway.coffee for further assistance.
