Corp: How late can we change the total number of participants?
As long as there is enough time to ship additional kits before the session (no less than 7 days before the scheduled session), we can add additional participants.

What if I have someone that signed up and cannot make the session?
If we haven't sent a shipment to them already, we'll do our best to accommodate any changes. If we have shipped it, we're unable to recall shipments and reduce the list of participants.
