My gift recipient only received the first package but nothing since.
Typically, this is because they have not redeemed the rest of the subscription yet. The first box had a code and instructions for the gift recipient to set up their account and remaining deliveries. We do this so that the gift recipient can have their own Taste Profile with their coffee preferences, get emails to their email address of upcoming deliveries and can manage their account in the future as needed (if they want to skip a delivery etc!).
If the gift recipient has already received the tasting kit, the code is on a slip of paper, usually stuck to the lid of the tasting kit box. It looks like this:
Threw away the box? No worries - you have two options:
1. If you bought the Gift Subscription after 24th September 2019, the code is also present in their order confirmation email. The subject is: "Thanks for Purchasing a Gift Subscription to Driftaway!" and the voucher code is at the bottom.
2. If you sent an E-Gift Card: The code is in the gift recipient's email (or printout). Here's a sample.
Located the code?
Once you locate the code, just have the recipient go to driftaway.coffee/redeem, enter the code and follow the instructions from there. It should only be a couple of minutes. They can re-confirm whole beans or pick a grind type, shipping address and shipping date in this process. You'll know you are done when you receive an order confirmation e-mail from us.
