Can I send feedback to the farmer?
Yes! You can do this through your account, via your Coffee History.
From your Coffee History page, we collect your tasting observations, ratings and any special message you'd like to send to the farmer. We send all of this to the farmer, along with a few bags of roasted coffee! It's a chance to thank your coffee producers, and share your feedback directly with them!
