Are your coffees flavored?
None of our coffees are flavored. The tasting notes are actually descriptions of naturally-occurring tastes in the coffees!
The flavors that you taste in a coffee can come from few different factors: processing method, roast level, variety, and terroir. If a coffee is grown, harvested, processed, stored, shipped, roasted and brewed well (lots of factors to get right!), it will be easier to taste these flavors and nuances.
