On Wednesdays, we send an email to you if you have an order going out on Friday. These emails will only be sent for renewal orders (all orders after the Tasting Kit).
Within the Wednesday renewal emails you can:
- See exactly what plan you are on (helpful if you would like to change your plan)
- Edit your shipping address
- Skip a delivery
- Complete or update your Taste Profile
- Request a specific coffee
- See a list of our current coffees (scroll to the bottom)
- Contact us if you have any questions
On Thursdays, your order will go through.
On Fridays, we roast and ship your coffee. We ship our orders early in the morning so it is difficult for us to change an order on Friday.
