What kind of roast levels do you offer?
We offer coffees that range from light to dark roast levels.
We've found that the roast levels at which a roaster designates their coffees can be a little bit subjective: one company's "dark roast" may be another one's "medium", or even "light"!
That's why we choose to describe our coffees by both roast level and taste profile: Fruity, Classic, Balanced & Bold.
Also, because we believe that tasting coffee is the best way to figure out what kinds of coffee you like, the first shipment for every new subscription is our Coffee Explorer Kit: a collection of four 1 oz. bags of each flavor profile. After tasting each coffee, you pick your favorites and we match future shipments to your taste.
